Questions to Consider When to "Return Home" following the Lockdown

As Manila nears the end of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the question on how to transition smoothly into the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) is one that needs to be urgently asked.

As one of the cities with the strictest COVID-19 lockdowns in the world, organizations and business professionals in Manila alike need to be both ready and aware of what they are facing moving forward into the GCQ.

Despite the impending relaxing of the quarantine measures, COVID-19 is still out there. With over 16000 cases and 940 deaths as of 29th May and steadily climbing, can an organization’s employees safely return to work? Are they authorized to access the office?
