Operational Resilience Management Attestation
Management confirms that, to the best of its knowledge:
- The operational resilience information provided is accurate;
- Critical business services have been appropriately identified;
- relevant service maps are current;
- Impact tolerances have been established and reviewed;
- Material resilience weaknesses have been disclosed;
- Scenario testing findings have been appropriately recorded;
- known high-risk gaps have been assigned for remediation;
- evidence submitted for self-assessment is complete and current;
- material incidents and impact tolerance breaches have been disclosed; and
- Management accepts responsibility for addressing identified weaknesses.
