- Ensures infrastructure and systems are resilient to disruptions.

##### Human Resources (HR)

- Manages workforce continuity and ensures critical skills are available.

##### Legal and Compliance

- Advises on regulatory requirements and ensures compliance with relevant laws and standards.

##### Internal Audit

- Independently assesses the effectiveness of the operational resilience program.

##### Operations and Facilities

- Responsible for maintaining physical infrastructure and ensuring its resilience.

- Manages communication during disruptions and maintains stakeholder confidence.
