This session provides an overview of BCM professionals on the challenges faced while implementing and sustaining your business continuity during COVID-19.
The talk will discuss how PLDT, the leading telecommunications company in the Philippines, responded to the Covid 19 pandemic. It will discuss what brought about the initial responses, and the succeeding actions taken by the company. How the company navigated through the pandemic will also be discussed, as well as sharing some of the best practices that the company did.
The Business Continuity Initiatives of the company will also be discussed – together with the challenges that come with implementing these initiatives. There will also be a discussion on how the company continues to respond to various threats, both internal and external, aside from the pandemic.
