This course is suitable for organisations and agencies that would like an overview of crisis management.
Participants will benefit from the introduction to crisis management and the relationship between its implementation efforts in business continuity management (BCM), disaster recovery (DR), and operational resilience (OR).
They will also learn the basics of a crisis management program and the tools and techniques for developing specific crisis management plans.
Completing this package takes thirty days if taken alone and two weeks as part of the more advanced CM course(s).
This protracted time frame allows one to understand the concepts taught in digestible bite sizes. Care and consideration have been taken to ensure that the content and syllabus are of the same standard and rigour as our on-site classes.
Students may pause their learning at any point in the module and resume where they left off. An electronic notepad is also available for participants to take notes and store them for ease of reference.
