To assist you to prepare for the actual examination, you may want to start doing some preliminary reading on the Crisis Communication (CC) and its related terminology that will be taught during the course. So, where do you start?
If you are attempting the following Crisis Communication (CC) certification examination after completing either the CC-200, CC-300, CC-400 or CC-5000 course, you should include this as part of your revision preparation. You can start reading through the terminologies starting from the Body of Knowledge or BOK 1 to BOK 7.
As you are enrolled, you should be able to identify the course name and code that you are attending. Proceed to locate in the appended table below which will direct you to the Competency Level or CL for Crisis Communication (CC) that you will need to review.

As for the CCCP examination, the format will be fifty multiple choice questions, and there will be no deduction for incorrect answers. The duration for the CCCP exam will be one and a half hours.

The preparation of the Crisis Communication Certified Expert examination pertaining to the terminologies used during the CC-400 (which is a 2-day course after attempting the CC-300 in an earlier date) or CC-5000 course, can be found in CL 3CC.
