Crisis Communication Certified Expert (CCCE)
Pre-requisites for CCCE
The pre-requisites are:

Attend and complete the following:
- CC-400: Crisis Communication Manager or
- CC-5000: Crisis Communication Expert Implementer course. Course participants must pass the Qualifying CCCE examination before applying for certification.
- Have at least three years of business continuity/ crisis management/ IT disaster recovery professional experience and
- Be able to describe your implementation and role in at least 5 of the BCM Body of Knowledge (BCM BoK)
- Send in the SGD 150 CCCE Certification Application Processing Fees
How to be Certified
To become a CCCE-certified professional, a candidate must complete four separate processes:
Formal Education
- Attend and complete the CC-5000 Crisis Communication Expert Implementer course or
- Attend and complete the CC-400 Crisis Communication Manager course

Examination
- Attempt and pass the Qualifying CCCE examination
|
|
- Show proof of at least three years of verifiable (BCM-CM-DR-CC) experience
- Make a payment of SGD 150 (non-refundable) application processing fee.
- Submit the CCCE application form to the certification team for review by the independent Certification Review Committee member.
- Complete review and approval by the Certification Review Committee member (which may take six to eight weeks)
- Invite to accept the CCCE award
Formal Education
- Sign up for the CC-5000 course and complete the four modules (M1 to M4), or
- Sign up for the CC-400 course and complete the two modules (M3 - M4).
- Pay the Course Fees before starting the course.
- Be assigned login credentials to start the eLearning for Module 1 (for those taking CC-5000) only
- Answer quizzes at the end of each sub-module of Module 1
- Continue to complete Modules 2, 3 and 4 within the schedule.
- Sit for the examination at the end of the course.
Examination
To sit for the Examination, a candidate must:
- Be competent in the Competency Level (CL):
- Foundation(CL 1)
- Intermediate (CL 2)
- Advanced (CL 3)
including the five BCM Body of Knowledge (BCM BoK)
- Attempt the online practice quiz at least once
Certification
To be issued a certificate, a candidate must:
- Pass the CCCE qualifying examination with a required passing score of 75% out of 100- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
- Submit a non-refundable Application Processing Fee
- Submit the Certification Application Form to the certification team
- Describe five out of seven of BCM Body of Knowledge (BCM BoK) as experience
- Select two references for each BCM BoK (references may be repeated for all five of seven BCM BoK).
