1. What was performed?

• I am part of the team that organizes the drill; puts up the scenario, liaises with stakeholders, creates communication reminders for all employees, and marshals during the drill, and partly handles de-brief and lessons learned after each drill.

2. When was it done?

• Started in December 201X and ended in mid-May 202X

3. How was it carried out?

• I have been involved in the various teams within my organization that organized and executed different drills and exercises related to many areas–emergency response (fire, earthquake, bomb threat, active shooters), cybersecurity breach, and COVID incident handling.

•  For exercises like tabletops and walkthroughs, I help draft the scenario and assist during the facilitation of the exercise. I facilitated and consolidated the post-exercise evaluation and directed the update of the BC plans by the business units to me corresponding to the result of the findings.
