Throughout his career journey, Radzuan has expertise in various disciplines such as management, risk management, risk engineering, entrepreneurship, advisory, broking and adjusting; having experience in both local and multinational companies.
He covered both aspects of the Takaful/Insurance business namely general and family from years of experience in composite companies namely Etiqa, Syarikat Takaful and Takaful Ikhlas, and full-fledged family takaful companies namely HSBC Amanah Takaful & FWD Takaful.
Radzuan believes that CROs must have strong leadership, governance, a deep understanding of company operations and good business acumen. Often seen as the wingman to the CEO, the CRO must carry the same ability to think critically and strategically to support the strategic vision.
