Onsite training. You may want to present the theory of setting up a command centre. In order to conduct and complete the assignment “Command Centre Structure”, give them 15 minutes to discuss as a group and to design and describe their current structure. Then, match them with the theory.
Blended Learning. Participants will be presenting their completed Command Centre Structure as a pre-course assignment.

Focus and Key Emphasis on TE Topic: One of the presentation sets of slides in Module 4 Session 1 (M4-S1) is testing and exercising (TE). The objective is to get the participants to know and access a set of toolkits to exercise the program and plan, develop and implement a series of tests and exercises.
The exercise to prepare for the TE execution will be in Module 4 Session 2 (M4-S2), whereby they are supposed to complete the templates and present them to the class during blended learning and onsite training.
The instructor is strongly advised to get the participants to present during the online workshop. The common comment for each template are:
Onsite Training. Participants will be notified to download the file "Advanced Test and Exercise" template (containing TE Templates: T3, T5 and T8) issued by the Program Admin team prior to the workshop. This assignment is completed during the class.

Onsite Training. There is no requirement to submit assignments except to present in class.
Blended Learning. Participants are required to submit (upload) the assignment via the "Upload" module in eCampus and this is to be reviewed by the Facilitator.
