Module 1: E-Learning
To complete Module 1 of the CC-5000 Blended Learning (BL-CC-5) / CC-300 Blended Learning (BL-CC-3) course. participants are required to attend 8 E-learning sub-modules of the CC Implementation process.
E-Learning Modules: Crisis Communication Fundamentals
- Crisis Communication Concepts and Definitions
- Crisis Communication Principles, Framework and Policy
- Crisis Communication Planning Methodology
- Crisis Types and Scenarios
- Establish Crisis Communication Team and Structure
Note that Module 1 is also Day 1 (of 4) for participants attending the Blended Learning CC-5000 course [BL-CC-5].
The participant is required to spent about 1 hour per E-Learning sub-module
