During the last three modules, the BC plan and program were developed and approved by management. The final "Manage" competency set involves learning how the other programs within your organization are synchronized with the BCM program.
The last module walks through the development of comprehensive testing and exercises for your plan.
The participants will receive the most comprehensive design templates and guidance notes for testing and exercise. The workshop will require the participants to design and develop intermediate/ advanced level testing. This ensures that participants can crystallize the concepts and apply the learning in a realistic setting.
