This template is provided to all participants during a typical Risk Analysis and Review (RAR) workshop for the purpose of scoring the:

  • List of Potential Threats
  • Risk Treatment and Control of existing threats
  • Risk Likelihood, Risk Impact, and Risk Rating of Threats
  • Expected Period of Disruption of Threats

Guidance Notes to Complete the RAR Questionnaires
