# List of Staff with Remote Access Capability
There is a need to account for the number of staff member who are working at the alternate offices or at home (due to split operations) to confirm their access capabilities to their emails and other applications. Beware of the breakdown in control (potential of fraudulent actions) whenever, there is a financial transactions involved.

#### **List of Staff with Remote Access Capability**
It is important to start identifying the staff that have remote access to their emails and applications. This should be verified via some form of testing and even allowing the staff to operate remotely or have a home.
The challenge is to have the routine manual approval conducted physically and these activities can be changed to electronic confirmation with pre-approval by the senior management.
