To submit a SkillsFuture Credit claim, follow the step-by-step guide below:

##### Eligibility Check:

- Ensure that you are eligible to use SkillsFuture Credit. You must be a Singapore citizen aged 25 years and above.
- Confirm that you have sufficient SkillsFuture Credit balance to cover the course fees.
- Ensure the course you wish to claim for is SkillsFuture Credit eligible.  
  **Do not that the courses are not eligible for ‘SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career)’ use. Please enter available credits from ‘SkillsFuture Credit (Opening Credit)’ only. **

##### SkillsFuture Credit Claim Submission:

-  Visit the [SkillsFuture Credit](https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg)website and log in using your SingPass.
- Navigate to the **"SkillsFuture Credit**" section to access your SkillsFuture Credit account and click "**Submit A Claim**", then **search** by course **title** or **Training Provider.**

#### Course Claim

When submitting your claim in your **SkillsFuture Credit account**, search for the course you registered for using either the **course title** (as shown on your invoice) or the **training provider name: BCMI Pte. Ltd.**

| **If you are attending DRP-5000, please submit two separate SkillsFuture Credit claims: one for DRP-300 and another for DRP-400.** |  |

 

Please refer to the invoice for the class start date.

The details below can be found in the invoice sent to you. 

You may need to upload supporting documents, such as the course invoice or receipt, as proof of payment.

Once you find the course, click on the "Submit a claim" button next to it.

#### Review and Submit

    Review the claim details to ensure accuracy and completeness.  
   Make any necessary corrections or additions.  
   Once you are confident that all the information is accurate, click the "Submit" button to complete the claim submission.

#### Claim Approval and Disbursement

    After submitting the claim, it will undergo verification by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).  
   SSG will process your claim and disburse the approved amount to the training provider.  
   You may receive notifications via email or SMS regarding the status of your claim.

#### Payment Verification

    Contact the training provider to confirm the receipt of payment from SkillsFuture Credit.  
 For any discrepancies or issues, contact the SkillsFuture Credit helpline for assistance.
