    • Self-assessment is evidence-based.
    • Independent review provides meaningful challenge.
    • High-risk findings are visible.
    • Actions have accountable owners.
    • Closure is supported by evidence.
    • Significant improvements are retested.
    • Material changes trigger resilience review.
    • Emerging risks are considered.
    • Third-party resilience is monitored.
    • Technology resilience is aligned with service outcomes.
    • Board reporting focuses on material resilience exposure.
    • Resilience metrics support management decision-making.
    • Repeat findings are investigated for systemic causes.
    • The organisation can demonstrate measurable improvement over time.
