3. Membership

• Cybersecurity;
• Crisis Management;
• Third-Party Risk;
• Procurement;
• business representatives.

4. Responsibilities

Include:

• oversee strategy;
• monitor roadmap;
• review risk;
• review incidents;
• monitor remediation;
• review testing;
• escalate material issues.

5. Meeting Frequency

Define expected frequency.

6. Quorum

Define minimum attendance.

7. Reporting

Define reporting to Executive Management or Board.
