Lesson 2 OR Planning Methodology: Framework and Principles

This is your chance to dive deep into operational resilience planning in Lesson 3 of the OR-200 e-learning module.

Module Objectives

This module would allow participants to learn and summarise the three primary phases of the Operational Resilience Planning Methodology.  It highlights:

  • Plan Phase. What should organisations consider before starting their operational resilience journey?
  • Implement Phase. What are the critical components of implementing the OR initiative?
  • Sustain Phase. Once implemented, how can the OR initiatives be supported and sustained in the long run?

This knowledge will equip participants to effectively contribute to and understand operational resilience initiatives within their organizations.

  • Able to delve into the stages within the "Plan-Implement-Sustain" phases
  • Propose challenges, resources, decisions and approvals needed for the start and sustaining of the OR journey
