This is Run 2B of the OR-5000 Operational Resilience Expert Implementer (Hybrid) Course for 2026, conducted exclusively for participants who have registered for the OR-5000 programme.

This Malaysia-focused run is specially designed to support banking and financial services professionals, with practical application aligned to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) expectations, regulatory resilience requirements, and real-world operational risk scenarios.

Key Highlights

  • Designed for Banks, Financial Institutions, and Regulated Entities in Malaysia
  • Hybrid delivery with in-person sessions conducted at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur
  • Strong implementer focus covering operational resilience frameworks, scenario testing, disruption management, and regulatory alignment
  • Led by experienced practitioners from both public and private sectors
  • HRD Corp Claimable, subject to HRD Corp terms and approval

Please note that participants are required to strictly follow the schedule as communicated by BCM Institute’s Program Management team. This ensures continuity, cohort integrity, and full coverage of the certification requirements.

This run offers Malaysian banking professionals the opportunity to:

  • Advance beyond traditional BCM into enterprise operational resilience

  • Convert regulatory expectations into practical, defensible implementation
