What Are You Required to Complete for Module 1 of the Blended Learning Programme?

Module 1 is the first of the:

• [1] four-module for the OR-5000 Blended Learning (BL-OR-5)
• [2] two-module OR-300 Blended Learning (BL-OR-3) or
• [3] stand-alone module for the OR-200 Blended Learning (BL-OR-2) course.

Participants must attend a walk-through of one introduction to operational resilience (OR) and another module of the OR Implementation process. 

Learning Modules: Fundamentals of Operational Resilience

100% Online and 8 e-learning 1-hour lessons spanning over two week

This e-learning package is ideal for anyone interested in obtaining a holistic overview of the fundamentals of operational resilience through online or e-learning.

It consists of Module 1 (Lessons 1 to 8 in e-learning mode) of the OR-300/ OR-5000 and ORA-300/ ORA-5000 courses.

1. Overview of Operational Resilience
2. OR Terminology and Related Concepts
3. OR Planning Methodology:  Framework and Principles and Cycle
4. Identify Critical Business Services
5. Map Processes and Resources
6. Set Impact Tolerance
7. Conduct Scenario Testing
8. Improve Lesson Learnt

Operational Resilience E-Learning Package

Note that Module 1 is also Module 1 (of 4) for participants attending the Blended Learning OR-5000 course [BL-OR-5], which leads to the Operational Resilience Certified Expert (ORCE).

At the same time, it is also Module 1 (of 2) for the Blended Learning OR-300 [BL-OR-3], which leads to the Operational Resilience Certified Specialist (ORCS).

OR-200 or BL-OR-2 course leading to Operational Resilience Certified Planner (ORCP).

The participant is required to spend about eight hours.
