Section 3 of CAF

You should have downloaded the two forms from the certification application portal as directed by the Certification team.  These include the Certification Application form (CAF) and a checklist (CAF-CC) for submission to the Certification Review Committee.

This blog provides an overview of section 3 of the certification application form for the Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery / Crisis Management/ Crisis Communication/ Operational Resilience certification application.  It is subdivided into the seven BCM Body of Knowledge (BCMBOK) and fifteen OR Body of Knowledge (OR BOK).

Expert/ Specialist Level Certification

 

 

Requirements for:


Expert Level Certification
  • BCMBoK: Explain any Five BCMBoK out of the Seven BCMBoK listed below
  • OR BoK: Explain any Five OR BoK out of the Fifteen OR BoK listed below
  • State 2 References for every BCMBoK explained
Specialist Level Certification
  • BCMBoK: Explain any Three BCMBoK out of the Seven BCMBoK listed below
  • OR BoK: Explain any Three OR BoK out of the Fifteen OR BoK listed below
  • State 2 References for every BCMBoK explained

Please explain each BCMBoK or OR BoK in the box provided below (minimum 150 words) after splitting them into three distinctive parts:

 

    Evidence of Work Done 2. When was it done?  
  1. What was performed? Refer to the "How To .." section by strolling down the blog.  The justification of your experience can be identified by the process as spelt out in the individual blogs introducing each of the fifteen OR BoK. Start and end month/ year  
  3. How was it carried out? Provide detailed examples of this experience without actual proprietary names.

Submission of Application Form
Please submit your completed Certification Application form and upload it to the certification application portal (CAP). Before submission, you must ensure the Application Form is signed (typed in electronically) and dated.
