Note that access to downloading the CAF and CAF-CC forms from the Certification Application Portal will require you to complete payment of the certification processing fee.

Section 3 of CAF
Complete Certification Application Form
When you update Section 3 of the Certification Application Form (CAF) for Operational Resilience, you must submit:
- three (3) OR BoK for the Specialist Level application and
- five (5) OR BoK for the Expert Level application.
Section 3 is subdivided into the fifteen Operational Resilience Body of Knowledge (OR BOK).
