# \[OR\] Submit Certification Application Form for OR BoK 1 to 15
When you complete the Operational Resilience Certification Application form, you must reach Section 3, which demonstrates your experience divided explicitly into the fifteen Operational Resilience Body of Knowledge or OR BoK.
This blog serves as a sample to assist you in writing your content to demonstrate to the Certification Review Committee that you meet the competency for the OR BoK.
Note that you should not be copying the content of these samples as the reviewer has access to these samples.

You should have downloaded the two forms from the certification application portal as directed by the Certification team. These include the Certification Application Form (CAF) and a Certification Application Checklist (CAF-CC) for submission to the Certification Review Committee.
*Note that access to downloading the CAF and CAF-CC forms from the Certification Application Portal will require you to complete payment of the certification processing fee.*

- **three (3)** OR BoK for the Specialist Level application and
- **five (5)** OR BoK for the Expert Level application.
Section 3 is subdivided into the fifteen Operational Resilience Body of Knowledge (OR BOK).
