The Crisis Management Team are required to attend two annual four-hour full-day classroom training courses conducted by the Global Security Team.
The training comprises 4 hours of the theoretical definition of crisis management concept of preparedness, response/management and transition phase.
The team is then required to go through a 4-hour tabletop exercise based on the local threat index which is defined by the risk assessment process undertaken by the regional security manager in charge of the location.
