1. What was performed?

ABC Bank Group has developed a comprehensive Crisis Management Plan (CMP) in order to manage any crisis incidents that may affect its reputation. The CMP is supplementary to the Business Continuity Plan of the Group and it is under the authority of the Corporate Communications Division.
- The plan was originally established by the Corporate Communications Division in cooperation with a consulting company specializing in Crisis Management.
- The crisis Management Plan was aligned to the Business Continuity Plan processes in 201X, during the BCM Program development for ABC Bank Group.
2. When was it done?
- The crisis Management Plan was aligned with the Business Continuity Plan processes in 2009.
3. How was it carried out?
The team will select the top three highest risk ratings to focus on.
- .ABC Bank Group has developed a comprehensive Crisis Management Plan which includes Crisis Management processes and predefined communication techniques, as well as Team roles, tasks and responsibilities, Also, it includes Contact lists for key stakeholders, Media, Key customers, and Critical associates, etc.
- The plan was initially documented by Corporate Communications Division in cooperation with a consulting company specialising in Crisis Management.
- However, on 201X ABC Bank Group revised all existing documentation for Crisis Management, during the BCM Program development project. As for the BCM Program Manager, I reviewed the processes that were developed in the initial CMP and suggested some changes in order to align the CMP with BCP Governance and procedures.
