Application Review Process
Review of Application by BCM Institute Certification Review Committee takes:
- 4 weeks for BCCA/BCCS/CCCS/CMCS/DRCS/ORCS
- 6 weeks for BCCLA/BCCE/CCCE/CMCE/DRCE/ORCE
The Certification Review Committee decides whether the Application is:
- Approved (application, experience and education meet requirements)
- Returned for resubmission (an element of the application is missing or does not meet minimum standards for the level and maybe resubmitted for a lower level) OR
- Rejected (applicant does not meet minimum requirements for level)

Log into the link provided in the email, and you will land on this page.

How often do I need to access the eCampus?
Up to a maximum of four times per quarter. For each submission or resubmission received, you will be notified by the certification team.
Accessing Application Forms (eCampus)

- To select the type of certification you are reviewing (go to 'MY COURSES' in the far right box).

- It will bring you to this page.
- You may skip #[1], [2a] & [2b] as this is meant for the applicant.
- Scroll down until you see #[3] as displayed in the word box. This is where the submissions are uploaded by the applicant(s).

- When you are on the above page, you can see the number of participants and the number of submitted forms.
- Click the 'View all submissions' box.

- It will bring you to the list of application forms submitted by different applicants (the above are just sample submissions).
- Click on the 'Grade' button to start the review process.

- Take note that you need to download the document(s).
- Take your time to review each submission.
- If you are satisfied with the submission, you may proceed to grade the applicant by selecting 'Competent' from the Grade box.

Additional Notes:
- If you need the applicant to review their submission, you can add your comment in the 'Feedback comments' box. Check the 'notify students' box and save changes. The remarks will be automatically sent to the applicant.
When the applicant resubmits their edited form, you will be notified by the certification team. The process is the same as the previous one.
- If the applicant does not meet the minimum requirement, you can choose to grade him/her as 'Not yet competent'/provide a scoring 75% and above is considered competent, meanwhile lower scoring will require them to re-submit (see sample grading below).
The applicant will also get a notification. Further queries will be entertained by the certification team.
