Who is Michael Andrew Jocson?
Through all incidents and calamities, he has been either a leader or key adviser in emergency response and BCP in his almost two decades of experience in Business Continuity, beginning with a function of Facilities Management in 2006 until doing BCP full-time in 2016. Previously as a Facilities Manager, he focused on preventive and reactive measures relating to Occupational Safety and Health and critical equipment maintenance, becoming a key advisor to the leadership team on emergency response and BCP matters.
After he started focusing on BCP, on top of said functions, he also trained personnel on emergency response, ran tabletop exercises with leadership, and conducted internal audits relating to BCP and OSH.
