Karen is currently the lead of the Corporate Crisis Management Framework in MTR Corporation and was the Group Business Continuity and Crisis Management leader for HAECO, a Swire Group company.
Karen started her responsibility in business continuity management early in 2009, supporting the maintenance of BCPs for epidemics for her company. In 2013, she was tasked as the Group Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) Lead to start a massive project of establishing the BCCM System and promoting crisis management for the 19 group subsidiaries. Karen also led several reviews of her current company's BCM and crisis management frameworks.
Karen is experienced in conducting business continuity and crisis management training for different levels of staff, including the members of the CMT. She had experience conducting crisis management exercises, business impact analysis, BCM audits and establishing BCM and CM frameworks and relevant plans.
