At Thomson Reuters and Refinitiv, Jeffrey's BCM contributions can be seen from his role as :
- lead the business continuity management program and governance at Refinitiv
- chair amd coordinate the Thomson Reuters' Regional Incident Management Team (RIMT)
He was also actively involve and was crucial to:
- drive BC program ownership by business unit leadership
- drive operational resiliency
He was instrumental in various projects where he:
- Provided new business model to exit from hardware business in APAC – Managed the overall transition into a new business model not to sell or rent hardware to clients as part of the solutions and systems implementation.
- Managed external dependencies and oversees project deliverables and overall timeline for a new mid-tier product for the Asian regional equities enabling the financial trading community comprising of sell-side equity sales traders, buy-side equity trader-dealers and sell-side equity trader-dealers in the Institutional Equities segment.
- Managed the integration of the Bridge and Telerate staff, business process, systems and technical infrastructure when Reuters acquired Bridge and Telerate into a new business entity in APAC.
- Managed the Project Office of Y2000 millennium activities and support for APAC. Acted as the main information resource; main contact for all customers on millennium queries, reviewed and monitored progress and field implementation planning.
- Provided internal systems analysis, application development and implementation using Oracle SQL tools - Manage the design, develop, test and implement Sales, Order Processing, Billing, Inventory and equipment tracking and Help Desk applications.
