GOBI PALANIANDY, MBA Major in Risk Management, CBCI(UK), Cert. DRM
Gobi is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience in Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Compliance, and Business Continuity Management.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Risk and Business Continuity Management at Air Selangor, he brings extensive leadership experience across both the financial services and water utility sectors, driving strategic initiatives and strengthening organisational resilience.
His key achievements include leading his team to win the Best Risk Management Team of the Year Award in both 2019 and 2024, as well as securing the Bronze Award for Excellence in Crisis Management at the HR Excellence Awards 2024, Malaysia.
Most recently, Air Selangor was recognised as the Winner of the APAC Continuity & Resilience Team Award 2025 at the BCI Global Awards in London, a testament to the team’s dedication and excellence in resilience and crisis management.
