David Chin [Moderator]

David Chin is currently a principal lecturer School of Sport, Health and Leisure at Republic Polytechnic, where he is involved in teaching and researching sports education, curriculum design, artificial intelligence and edtech, as well as coaching and mentoring for workplace learning.

He spent close to 15 years in media and public relations and held positions including group editor for CMP Business Media, as well as group director of Hill & Knowlton Singapore’s Technology Practice, before joining RP. In those roles, David was a regional technology journalise as well as specialised in media and crisis communications where he helped train spokespersons at CA, 3Com, ST Engineering, and the Ministry of Education. He also focused on message and positioning for organisations, including Tata Communications, Brocade, LG Electronics, 3Com, CA, VMware, Sony Ericsson, Sony Electronics, Lexmark, Panduit and the Global Social Innovators Forum.

David sits on the BCMI advisory board.
