Description of Module (Day) 2 Course
Module 2 aims to provide the participants with an operational resilience framework that involves identifying essential business services, setting impact tolerances, and mapping and testing to respond to operational disruptions.
Participants will better understand the regulatory environment and what it means regarding operational resilience. The key clauses of some of the regulations will also be discussed, especially on how to comply with these requirements.
