This package is ideal for anyone interested in obtaining a holistic overview of the fundamentals of Crisis Communication through online learning. It is Module 1 of the CC-300 and CC-5000 courses.
This course suits organisations and agencies that want an overview of crisis communication. Participants will benefit from the introduction to crisis communication and the relationship between its implementation efforts in business continuity management (BCM), crisis management (CM), disaster recovery (DR), and operational resilience (OR). They will also learn the basics of a crisis communication program and the tools and techniques to help develop specific crisis communication plans.
Completing this package takes thirty days if taken alone and two weeks as part of the more advanced CC course(s).
This protracted time frame allows one to understand the concepts taught in digestible bite sizes. Care and consideration have been taken to ensure that the content and syllabus are of the same standard and rigour as our on-site classes.
Students may pause their learning at any point in the module and resume where they left off. An electronic notepad is also available for participants to take notes and store them for ease of reference.
Below is a snapshot of what you can expect from the programme. Each module's syllabus [Course Content] has been carefully crafted to ensure the outcome [Course Requirement]. Note that CC-200 is Module 1 of CC-300/ CC-5000.
