Description of Module (Day) 2 Course
Module 2 aims to provide participants hands-on experience using customized Risk Analysis and Review templates, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Strategy, Business Continuity Plan and Testing and Exercising.
Concepts taught in Module 1 are put into practice in this course segment.
Participants are also taught how to process, analyze and interpret the data collected using the templates provided. Note that Module 2 is similar to BCM-300 and BCM-5000 Blended Learning.
