This is a series of useful templates that you can use to develop the  Testing and Exercising program.

Exercise Logs

Explanation

These are very handy templates which can be used to log exercise actions and record observations by controllers.

Exercise Action Log Sheet

During each test, it is important that all activities be recorded into a Log Sheet.  This serves as a log for information received and also actions taken to complete the request.

S/No At (Time) Info from Information/ request received Detail of action taken
Action Person Contacted Cleared (Tick) At (Time)

Master Sequence Of Events (For Controllers)

The template contains data injects prepared for each exercise controller.  It serves as the master list of activities that each controller will need to inject during the test based on the time and type of activities.
