Lesson 2 of the BCM-200 e-learning module.
This module will help participants learn the fundamentals of the first phase of the BCM planning methodology, Project Management.
Through online learning, participants will learn the requirements in a project management phase. They will also be introduced to the BCM Planning Methodology, the BCM framework, and its components.
Participants will also learn the importance of leadership and management commitment and the roles and responsibilities within the BCM organisation.
