What is HRD Corp?

Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), or previously known as Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) is an agency under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia governed by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001). HRD Corp was given the mandate by the Malaysian Government to catalyse the development of a competent local workforce that will contribute to Malaysia’s vision of becoming a high-income economy.

HRD Corp claimable training courses are training programs conducted by HRD Corp authorised training providers. 

What is SBL-Khas?

SBL-Khas is a dedicated programme designed to assist employers in retraining and upskilling their employees in line with their operational and business requirements (read more over HRDF's Skim Bantuan Latihan Khas page).

What is Intermediate Level Course Offered by BCM Institute?

The Implementer courses or better know as the intermediate courses which provide the three-level of competency "Know-Do-Manage."  It is not only applicable for the ISO 22301 standard but for professionals upgrading their BCM programme.  During this COVID-19 outbreak, this course is also made available on Blended Learning.

It grounds the participants with the necessary BCM fundamentals and are expected to complete an actual template using their organisation examples.

Am I Eligible for HRD Corp Funding?

HRD Corp allows companies that are contributing to the Human Resources Development Fund to claim back the training fees from the levy. 

Course Fee

The course fee before funding is Singapore Dollar SGD 2,400 (approximately RM 7,400).

Do note that all participants will need to pay the full course fees upfront to BCM Institute and HRDF will reimburse upon successful submission of the claim unless stated otherwise by HRDF. You can refer to your company's human resource or training division for detailed information.
