Frequently Asked Questions for E-learning Course

Welcome to the frequently asked questions or FAQ for BCM Institute's E-learning courses. 

Is there a prerequisite before I can join the course?

There is no prerequisite to join the course. All BCM/ CM/ CC/ IT DR budding and expert practitioners with or without experience are welcome to join.

Will I immediately access the e-learning portal once I make a payment?

Yes, once you have paid online, our team will provide a login credential for you to start your e-learning course.

Is there any examination involved?

After completing every module, there will be a short assessment in the form of a question with four possible answers. This assessment is to assess your understanding of the module. Upon passing the assessment for the six or eight modules, you will be notified of your successful completion of the E-Learning course.

How can I obtain a Certified Planner certification?

Register and pay for your preferred eLearning package, then complete all modules included in the package (6 or 8 sub-modules, depending on your selection). Upon successful completion of the full course, your e-certificate will be issued within 3 working days.

When will I get my certificate?

The "Planner Certification" e-certificate is awarded by our certification team to participants who have attended and completed the eLearning Package within three working days after successful completion.

Is there a time limit to complete the course?

For the standalone eLearning course, you have 30 days from access to complete all modules. For advanced courses (Implementer or Expert level), you have 14 days from the course start date.

Access for standalone eLearning courses expires after 30 days, so we recommend completing the modules within this period and taking notes for future reference.

How do I receive the certificate after I pass the course?

Our certification team will email you the soft-copy certificate to the email address given after you have passed the course within three working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). 

Will I receive the full set of course manuals?

No, the course manual will not be provided. You will only have access to the course material during the course programme.  However, you will have access to the LITE version of the "Manager's Guide" for BCM/ CM/ CC/ IT DR.

It is the weekend now? How do I register with no access to your office?

Click the Register button to select your eLearning course, then complete your payment online. We will provide your user ID and password on the following workday.
