Lesson 5: Business Continuity Strategy

Lesson 5 of the BCM-200 e-learning module.

This module would assist participants in learning more about the fundamentals of the Business Continuity (BC) Strategy.

Through online learning, participants will be taught the key concepts and requirements of a BC Strategy. They will understand the recovery flow chart and strategy development process and be aware of the considerations and constraints of BC strategies.

They will also be taught how to select the appropriate strategy from the various options and formulate the final BC strategy. Learning outcomes include understanding how to conduct a cost-benefit analysis and being aware of the various alternate site options.

At the end of the module, participants would be able to:
