Complete Certification Application Form [Section 3]

When you are updating Section 3 of the Certification Application form for Crisis Management, you are required to submit three BoK for the Specialist Level application and five BoK for the Expert Level application.  Section 3 is sub-divided into the seven BCM Body of Knowledge (BCMBOK).

It is essential to note that passing the CMCS exam will allow you to be certified up to the Specialist certification level. You are required to complete the Expert level training and qualifying exam to apply for the Expert level certification.

These are sample forms.  The latest version can only be downloaded from the certification application portal.  Do note that the certification team grants access to the application processing portal upon completing the "application processing fee" payment.

The Seven Body of Knowledge or BoK are:

Submission of Application Form

Submit your completed Certification Application form to certification@bcm-institute.org.  It is important for you to ensure that the Application Form is signed and dated before submission
